Our Staff
Since October 1999 NMTSA has required all of its therapists to receive the advanced level training in Neurologic Music Therapy [NMT] offered through the Center for Biomedical Research in Music at Colorado State University, and to maintain Fellowship status with the Academy of Neurologic Music Therapy. This training, and increased supervision and support of NMTSA’s employees, has resulted in improved client responses and therapeutic outcomes as well as generated excitement and interest in continuing education for its staff.
