The final schedule is determined based on interest and availability of current participants. Please select all offerings you are interested and all time slots for which you are available. Home Program Development

Home program development is a one-on-one offering to identify needs and implement solutions.

Programs frequently address sensory, communication, and emotional needs.
Volunteering

Volunteering may be done individually or as part of a group.

The volunteering offering provides support to find and participate in volunteer opportunities.
College Program Development

College program development may be taken individually or as part of a group.

Participants identify needs and barriers related to college coursework and participation, and develop and implement strategies to succeed.
College Classes

This offering provides support to effectively communicate and participate in college courses taken online or in-person.
Work Program Development

Work program development may be taken individually or as part of a group.

Participants identify needs and barriers related to employment and develop and implement strategies to be successful in the workplace.
Social Media

The social media offering may be taken individually or as part of a group.

Participants create and manage social media.

Groups may share and discuss their own or other interesting content.
Communication Club

Communication club is a recurring group offering.

This is a social discussion group to develop communication skills, express yourself, hear different opinions, and have fun.
Book Club

Book club is a regularly scheduled reading and discussion group.

Group members decide on the reading and format (physical or digital).
Mindful Movement

Mindful movement is a recurring group stretching and exercise program.

This course emphasizes mindfulness and body awareness while increasing strength and flexibility.
Mindfulness

Groups include mindfulness training, techniques, and exercises, and are followed by group discussion.
Exercise Club

This club promotes physical fitness by stretching, and cardiovascular and strength exercises.
Dance Club

Gardening

Crafts

Participants learn, share, crafting and art projects, and discuss crafts, art, interests, and skills.
Sports

The group may choose to learn a new sport, improve specific or general sports skills, discuss sports, or play a sport everyone is familiar with.

Participants learn, share, and discuss topics from music history and form, to classic, contemporary, and newly released music.
