Students are being engaged in the academic process of making meals. This includes budgeting and preparing a meal start to finish, including prep work and clean up. The ACT Students budgeted $40.00. With that $40.00 we made 2 meals for 30 people. Last week we make a Thanksgiving meal. This week we used the leftovers from that meal, added a few additions, and made chicken noodle soup.
