Arizona State Employee Charitable Campaign (NMTSA Participation #1298)
Arizona State Employees, make donations to NMTSA through your work place!
The SECC is conducted under Executive Order in partnership with the state fiscal agent Valley of the Sun United Way, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
The campaign runs for a three to six week period during the Fall to ensure that employee sign-up is completed by December of each year. Payroll deductions begin in January of the following year. Involvement in special event fundraisers can be held during the entire year.
The SECC Campaign is your chance to be a part of the T.E.A.M. Your donation, no matter how big or small, will go toward making our communities and world a better place.

Valley of the Sun United Way
You may also make a donation to NMTSA through the Valley of the Sun United Way.
Valley of the Sun United Way is working to advance the common good by focusing on education, income and health. Their goal is to create long-lasting and measurable changes that improve the quality of life for struggling individuals, families and children throughout the Maricopa County.
Visit their website at www.vsuw.org to learn more and make an online donation for NMTSA today. As a nonpartnering agency, you must identify NMTSA by name as well as utilize our United Way #9937.
Fry's Community Rewards
Raise money for NMTSA while grocery shopping!
STEP 1: Creating an Online Fry’s Account **NOTE: If you already have an online Fry’s account, skip to Step 2.

Select "Create an Account."

Under Sign-In Information, enter your email and create a password. (Write down your email and password—you will need it again in Step 2.)

Enter your Fry’s V.I.P Card Number, last name, and postal code.

You will then be prompted to check your email for a confirmation email. Click the hyperlink in your email to finish creating your Online Fry’s Account.

Continue to Step 2 to register for the Fry’s Community Rewards Program of your choice.
STEP 2: Register for the Fry’s Community Rewards Program

Select "Sign-In."

Select "My Account" then select "Account Settings" from drop down menu.

Click "Edit" under Community Rewards. If prompted, enter personal information.

Under "Find Your Organization": Enter the NPO number (80486) or name of organization (Neurologic Music Therapy Services of Arizona) then select "Search."

Under "Select Your Organization": Select the box next to your organization.

Then select "Save Changes."
Now when you shop with your Fry's Rewards Card you will be donating to NMTSA!
